The rescue team
achieved a breakthrough around 1:10 pm at Silkyara-Barkot tunnel in Uttarkashi,
only 2 metres of drilling is left for the rescuers to reach the trapped workers.
the process of pulling out each of the 41 men is estimated to take 3-5 minutes per individual.
After 17 days of ordeal, the end seems to be in sight as the NDMA.
